Future Chemist Workshop
Welcome Future Cosmetic Chemists!
Applications are now open for the first West Coast offering of the Future Chemist Workshop to be held during this year’s Supplier’s Day at the Long Beach Convention Center.
Date: Wednesday, October 29, 2025
Time: 2 Independent Sessions,10:30 am – 12:30 pm or 1:30 pm- 3:30 pm
Cost: Free
Location: Long Beach Convention Center, 300 East Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, CA
Eligibility: Current college students or young professionals interested in pursuing a career in cosmetic science.
Program: The Future Chemist Workshop is a two-hour workshop taught by industry professionals, Ava Perkins & Nick Dindio, where students will create their own formula. Lab coats, safety glasses, materials, and mixing equipment will be provided. Before or after your session, you are invited to join your instructors for lunch, explore the Show Floor, and listen to the latest trends and innovations in the cosmetic space. The FCW is an excellent opportunity for current students and young professionals to gain insight into an exciting industry that offers numerous employment opportunities in Southern California.
