Carpet is NOT included, and BOOTH MUST BE CARPETED

Installation:        
Tuesday, October 28, 2025
11:00 am - 6:00 pm (let us know if you require additional time)

Dismantle:
The booth must be torn down by 8:00 pm on Thursday, October 30, 2025. 

Booth Assignments:
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment received.
Booths of 6+, please confirm to contact [email protected]
Pay for the number of standard booths at the time of purchase.  If you choose a premium booth during booth selection, you can pay for the additional fees at that time.

Groups
Please have your group pay to choose your booth space. After paying for your standard booth quantity, you will be notified of your booth selection date. 

Can I share a booth with another company?
Yes.  Please contact [email protected] for assistance in listing additional companies.

Attendee List/Lead Retrieval

Will I have access to the attendee list?
No, the attendee list is proprietary.  There are a limited quantity of email mailings available for purchase to be mailed by show management.

Will Lead Retrieval be available for rent?
Yes, details are available in the Exhibitor Manual.

Catering
All food services at your booth must go through the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center F&B department.

  • Corkboard area assigned by staff with your company name.
  • Push pins are all you need to hold the poster to the display board
  • You may bring and set up your poster on 10/28/25

What is the Date/ Hours of the Technical Posters?
Specific hours will be published shortly to ensure optimal engagement; in addition – attendees will be invited to “enjoy a snack” while reviewing and discussing your presentation!

What is the due date we must submit the poster or poster contents?
You must bring the poster to the show or send it with your booth. Do not send it in advance to show management.

Do I need a chemist or presenter at the poster, or can we leave it unattended?
No, Poster can be left unattended – however, we encourage you to be present during published hours.

Are there any visual or content requirements/restrictions for the poster?
Scientific or technical information based on your ingredient.  You must be an exhibitor to submit a poster.

Where is the poster session in proximity to the booth exhibit area?
Posters are on the show floor – see floor plan (coming soon)

Is there any additional fee for an attendee to enter the Poster Session?
No, the posters will be displayed on the exhibitor show floor.
