This year’s Suppliers’ Day will feature a Technical Poster Exhibition where your company’s latest research and products can be highlighted. Providing a technical poster is one of the most cost-effective ways to advertise at the event.

Branding and signage are displayed throughout the entrance and registration area. Every attendee and exhibitor must visit registration, so your company cannot be missed.

Show Sponsor: Presentation Stage Branding Rights - $7,500 (1 Max)

Naming rights for Suppliers’ Day first-ever custom-built stage over two days of presentations. Your company name is included in all on-stage presentation announcements. Your company logo is visible during all presentations on meter boards. Your company logo or advertisement is projected on stage during all breaks. Header with your company branding.

Show Sponsor: Java Corner - $7,500 (1 Max)

Company name, logo, and booth number listed throughout the coffee/lounge area. The Java Corner is one of the busiest areas in terms of foot traffic.

Show Sponsor: Internet Lounge WiFi Password & Event Landing Page - $5,000 (1 Max)

The on-site WiFi password for the two days inside the internet lounge will be branded with your company name. Anyone who logs into the event’s free WiFi will be brought to a landing page of your choice. Signage detailing WiFi information will feature your logo.

Presentation Theater - $1,500 (8 Max)

Without a doubt, if you are seeking thought leadership, a presentation theater slot is your best option. You draw attendees in with your technical expertise, and then have the opportunity to invite them back to your booth for further discussion. Materials must be presented and reviewed in advance. Speaker bios/photos are required to be published in advance; a timeline confirming and requesting these materials will be made available to all participants. A table will be available in the rear of the theater for presentation materials. All attendees will be scanned upon entry to the theater, and a list of attendees will be provided to you.

Show Sponsor: Private Meeting Room - $1,500 (5 Max)

A 2-day reservation of a private meeting room during the expo, with your company's logo featured prominently outside. Custom table and chair layout.

Add-ons available with an extra service fee include AV, catering, and internet.

Show Sponsor: 5X Floor Decals - $1,500 (5 Max)

Decals are placed throughout the show floor and near your booth. Up to 5 custom designs can be submitted, or a default logo with the company name and booth number can be used.

Show Sponsor: Meter Board Advertising - $1,100 (10 Max)

One double-sided free-standing advertising meter board, location assigned by the Suppliers' Day team. Customize each side with your company’s custom designs and artwork, or artwork supplied by the exhibitor. This standing signage is oversized and cannot be missed on the show floor. Include your company’s booth location.

Your company name and logo will appear under the aisle row number, location assigned by the show staff.
